I offer my clients
a compassionate and authentic space

in which they learn to connect with themselves (and others), and then empower them to make meaningful shifts. We will work together to facilitate this transformative process and uncover new, meaningful ways to approach life and relationships.

I offer in-person Christian counseling for individual, couples, and families in Redlands, CA.

I offer telehealth throughout California and Utah.

Empowering you (and your family) to live life to the fullest.

We will collaborate to identify your therapeutic goals, and then determine which of the various pathways seems to be the “best fit” to move you toward your wellness and recovery. My passion is to deeply understand and connect with you as we journey toward self-discovery, and empowering you (and your family) to live your life to the fullest.

About Dr. Bryan

I was a family life pastor before earning a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy (with AAMFT Approved Supervisor status), which means I received rigorous training in relationship dynamics—and I am always curious about how surrounding systems influence your relationships and aspects of your identity.

My approach is non-judgmental, non-pathological, strengths-based, resiliency-informed, and person-centered—that is at times playful, yet consistently supportive.

Clients often come to me experiencing a broad range of concerns, including, but not limited to: trauma, anxiety & depression, pain, existential malaise, creative blocks, heartbreak, infertility challenges, grief, and a variety of family or romantic relationship difficulties.
